Return & Exchange Policy — Shezay

At Shezay, every product undergoes a strict quality check before dispatch to ensure it meets our high standards of craftsmanship and customer satisfaction. However, if you receive an incorrect or defective item, we are happy to assist you with an exchange under the following terms:

Eligibility for Exchange:

  • The request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Exchange is applicable only in cases of incorrect item received or manufacturing defect.

  • Customers will bear the return shipping charges, except when the error is on our end.

Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items:

  • Products that have been used, worn, or altered in any way are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Sale, discounted, or custom-stitched items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

  • No returns or exchanges will be accepted once the product has been used or damaged after delivery.

To request an exchange, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery. Provide your order number and a brief description of the issue. Our team will review your request and guide you through the exchange process.
